Bill McFarlane is a nationally recognized trial attorney who has litigated thousands of personal injury, wrongful death and insurance claims over the past 25 years. Bill McFarlane has tried cases to verdict in every region in the state of Florida. Bill McFarlane provides counsel to national and international insurers, Fortune 500 companies and self insurers throughout the United States. Bill McFarlane is a guest lecturer and published author on insurance claims and personal injury litigation.

Bill McFarlane is recognized as an expert in the evaluation of personal injury claims. Bill McFarlane manages McFarlane Law with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando Tampa and Jacksonville with a staff of trial lawyers, SIU adjusters, investigators, medical consultants, and paralegals. Bill McFarlane has recently been appointed to the Florida Department of Insurance Property and Casualty Fraud Task Force, the Florida department of Insurance PIP fraud task force and state-wide membership of IASIU.

Born in New Jersey, Founding Partner William McFarlane was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1988, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
