Jim was born in Queens, New York, and investigates potentially fraudulent claims in Florida and Georgia by completing enhanced case investigations and Examinations Under Oath. He is also responsible for researching and providing coverage opinions.

His background includes over 38 years in the private passenger automobile insurance industry, progressing from first notice of loss to various manager and director positions in both the field and home office. Jim served as Director of Claims Systems Implementation and Reengineering for a top five U.S. carrier, leading a team of Lean Six Sigma practitioners focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness in Casualty claims processes.

He also served as a claims home office Large Loss, Litigation, and No-Fault Case Manager in Washington, D.C., including MCCA and reinsurance facility liaison responsibilities.
